Silence launches its motosharing service in Girona for more sustainable travel around the city. Thanks to the app developed in conjunction with Altech, users can locate and reserve an electric motorcycle.
Through the Silence Connected app (Google Play y Apple Store), Silence aims to facilitate occasional trips in the city of Girona by providing residents with a fleet of 25 shared motorcycles that customers can reserve and pay for through the app.

In this way, Girona joins other major cities such as Barcelona, Rome, and Valencia in offering this Silence service.
Altech, for its part, has designed, developed, and implemented the Silence Sharing platform, which, among other things, allows users to subscribe to the sharing service and use Silence vehicles from the Silence Connected mobile app. This service is designed for both public and private sharing, allowing delivery companies, hotels, etc., to have a fleet of vehicles that can be shared among their employees and clients.

The Mayor of Girona, Marta Madrenas, attended the launch of Silence Connected and had the opportunity to share her opinion on this new service: “Each Girona Sharing scooter takes a significant number of cars off the road, eliminating traffic and emissions. Silence is a very reputable company; they’re local, and we’re delighted to be working with them.”
