Its main objective is to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction by continuously guaranteeing information security through established processes based on a continuous improvement approach. This ensures the continuity of information systems, minimizes the risk of damage, and secures the fulfillment of objectives set to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information at all times.<br \/>To achieve this, ALTECH is committed to information security in accordance with the reference standard ISO\/IEC 27001 and Royal Decree 311\/2022, of May 3rd, which regulates the National Security Framework (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad). Therefore, General Management establishes the following principles:<\/div><ul class=\"p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested\" data-stringify-type=\"unordered-list\" data-list-tree=\"true\" data-indent=\"0\" data-border=\"0\"><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Competence and leadership<\/b>\u00a0from management as a commitment to developing the Information Security Management system.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Determining the relevant internal and external\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">interested parties<\/b>\u00a0for the Information Security Management system and fulfilling their requirements.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Understanding the\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">context of the organization<\/b>\u00a0and determining its opportunities and\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">risks<\/b>\u00a0regarding information security as a basis for planning actions to address, assume, or treat them.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Ensuring the\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">satisfaction of our customers<\/b>, including stakeholders in the company&#8217;s results, in everything related to the execution of our activities and their impact on society.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Establishing\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">objectives and goals<\/b>\u00a0focused on evaluating Information Security performance, as well as\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">continuous improvement<\/b>\u00a0in our activities, regulated by the Management System that develops this policy.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Compliance with the requirements of\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">applicable legislation and regulations<\/b>\u00a0relevant to our activity, commitments made with customers and interested parties, and all internal norms or operating guidelines to which the company is subject.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Provide\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">confidentiality<\/b>\u00a0of the data managed by the company and the\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">availability<\/b>\u00a0of information systems, both in services offered to customers and in internal management, preventing undue alterations to information.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Ensuring\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">response capability in emergency situations<\/b>, restoring the operation of critical services in the shortest possible time.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Establishing appropriate measures for\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">risk management<\/b>\u00a0derived from asset identification and evaluation.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Motivating and training all personnel<\/b>\u00a0working in the organization, both for the correct performance of their job and to act in accordance with the requirements imposed by the reference standard, providing an\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">adequate environment<\/b>\u00a0for process operation.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Maintaining fluid\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">communication<\/b>\u00a0both internally, among different levels of the company, and with customers.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Evaluating and guaranteeing the\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">technical competence of ALTECH employees and colaborators<\/b>\u00a0for the performance of their duties, as well as ensuring their adequate motivation for participation in the continuous improvement of our processes.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Guaranteeing the\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">correct state of facilities and appropriate equipment<\/b>, so that they align with the company&#8217;s activity, objectives, and goals.<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">Ensuring continuous\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">analysis<\/b>\u00a0of all\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">relevant processes<\/b>, establishing pertinent improvements in each case, based on the results obtained and the established objectives.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">These principles are assumed by General Management, which provides the necessary means and sufficient resources to its employees for their fulfillment, articulating them and making them publicly known through this Information Security
